  • 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter (14g)
  • 3.4 oz Dark Chocolate (100g)
  • Vermicelli or other toppings for decoration

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate by breaking it into pieces and adding it to a saucepan with the butter and condensed milk. Heat over medium-low heat while stirring until melted and thickened.
  2. Cook for about 10 minutes, scraping the bottom often until the mixture thickens enough to draw a line that fills back in slowly.
  3. Remove from heat, transfer to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let cool at room temperature; then refrigerate until completely chilled.
  4. Scoop out chilled mixture with a teaspoon and roll into walnut-sized balls.
  5. Roll each ball in vermicelli or your choice of topping before placing them in paper liners.
