Instructions

  5. Punch down dough gently, divide into about 18 portions, roll into balls, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Cover shaped buns; let rise again until doubled in size (30-45 minutes).
  7. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare egg wash by whisking egg with water.
  8. Brush each bun with egg wash; bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
