- 1 tablespoon melted butter

- Boil water in a pot and cook the diced zucchini for about 3 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled zucchini with mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, beaten eggs, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir until mixed.
