- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 6 cups confectioners’ sugar (720g)
- 2½ cups sweetened shredded coconut (250g)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans.

- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Gradually add vegetable oil, egg whites, vanilla extract, and coconut extract.
