- 1 tsp ground turmeric

- 1 can (14 oz) full-fat coconut milk
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 Tbsp tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Heat coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add sliced onion and cook until translucent. Stir in garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
- Increase heat to medium-high and add beef chunks. Brown on all sides for about 5-7 minutes.
