Ingredients
- 21 oz (600 g) cod fillets
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup coconut milk

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
