Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
- Stir in minced garlic; cook for an additional minute. Mix in Italian seasoning and smoked paprika.
- Add potato gnocchi and chicken broth to the skillet; bring to a simmer and cook according to package instructions.
- Once the gnocchi is tender, pour in heavy cream while stirring continuously. Add fresh spinach; allow it to wilt into the sauce. Adjust seasonings as needed.
