Instructions

  1. Prepare the coating by mixing flour, panko bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in one dish. In another dish, whisk together eggs and milk.
  2. Dip each mozzarella cube in the egg mixture and then coat thoroughly in the flour mixture.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the coated mozzarella cubes for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
