- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 thumb ginger root (minced)
Instructions
- Cook the vegetable dumplings according to package instructions. For extra crispiness, bake or air fry at 400°F for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, combine rice apple vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, minced garlic, and ginger to create the dressing. Mix well.
- In a large mixing bowl, add coleslaw mix, chopped cilantro, and green onions. Once the dumplings are cooked, add them to the salad mixture.
