Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and sear the chicken until golden brown (5–7 minutes per side). Remove from heat and slice.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, add minced garlic, then stir in heavy cream until slightly thickened.
  4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions; drain.
  5. In another pot, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic before adding chicken broth, soy sauce, and heavy cream. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
  6. Assemble bowls with noodles, pour broth over them, top with sliced chicken and drizzle with garlic sauce.
