Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F (200C). Toss broccoli and cauliflower with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder on a baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes.
- Season sliced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Grill or pan-sear over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through.
- In a separate pan, sauté corn and green beans in oil or soy sauce until tender. Mix in cooked rice.
