  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese (cubed)
  • 6 ounces black olives (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta in a large pot of boiling water until al dente according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with chopped turkey slices, green and red bell peppers, red onion, grape tomatoes, mozzarella cubes, black olives, Parmesan cheese, Italian dressing, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss gently until well mixed.
