  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chicken cubes with olive oil, jerk seasoning, allspice, nutmeg, cayenne pepper (if desired), salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  3. In another bowl, mix red cabbage, green cabbage, diced mango, shredded carrots, chopped red onion, and cilantro until combined.
  4. For the honey lime cream, whisk Greek yogurt, honey, lime juice, and cilantro in a small bowl until smooth.
  5. Assemble bowls by layering mango slaw at the bottom, topping with jerk chicken and a dollop of honey lime cream.
