- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp taco seasoning
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp water (or more to thin it out)
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
- Wash and chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces, placing it in a large mixing bowl.
- Add corn kernels, chopped cherry tomatoes, drained black beans, and sliced green onions to the bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together sour cream, taco seasoning, lime juice, and water until smooth.
- Pour the creamy dressing over the salad mixture and toss until well combined.
