Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix until fully combined.
  4. In another bowl, combine cocoa powder, flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Create a well in the dry ingredients.
  5. Add the dry mixture into the wet ingredients gradually while mixing at low speed until just combined.
  6. Shape rounded portions of dough (about 2-3 tablespoons each) and roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
