  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract or 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste
  • 34 cups confectioners sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 baking pan with foil and grease lightly.
  2. Melt butter and mix with chocolate chips until smooth. In another bowl, whisk eggs, sugars, salt, vanilla, and food coloring. Combine both mixtures.
