  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour or gluten-free flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 112 oz miniature peanut butter cups
  • 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup white baking chocolate chips
  • 112 oz miniature peanut butter cups, rough chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 baking pan with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter, unsweetened baking chocolate, and bittersweet chocolate chips over low heat until smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and salt until combined.
  4. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture followed by vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, mix flour and baking powder; then gently fold into the chocolate mixture.
  6. Pour two-thirds of the batter into the prepared pan and layer with one bag of miniature peanut butter cups. Spread the remaining batter on top and sprinkle with milk chocolate chips.
  7. Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
  8. Let cool briefly before adding chopped peanut butter cups on top and drizzle melted white chocolate.
