- 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 275°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine pecans, pumpkin seeds, maple syrup, olive oil, vanilla extract, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat all nuts evenly.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Bake for 35 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through to ensure even cooking.
