Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. For the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until moistened. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. For the cheesecake filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time while mixing. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream. Pour over the crust.
  4. For the peach topping: In another bowl, combine sliced peaches with flour, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg; toss to coat. Sprinkle evenly over cheesecake filling and dot with cold butter pieces.
