Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and sea salt; set aside.
- In another bowl, cream together unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in the egg (or flax egg) and vanilla until well combined.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just incorporated.
