  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
  7. Chill dough uncovered in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  8. Roll cookie balls (3.5 oz each) in crushed Oreos and arrange them on a parchment-lined tray.
  9. Bake for 10-11 minutes until set but still soft; cool before serving.
